All Blitzkrieg Inc. products are hand inspected before packaging and once more before shipping.

Due to the nature of the materials that are used in the assembly of our motorcycle seats, p-pads and sissy bar pads, damage can occur by simply dropping the product on the ground...especially any road surface.  This kind of damage is very distinguishable from a manufacturer's defect.

A manufacturer's defect is considered to be a blemish in the grain pattern of the leather hide, an uneven stitch pattern or inconsistent dye coloration.

Any defect must be reported to Blitzkrieg Inc. within 5 days of receipt of product and before installation onto your motorcycle.

All returned products which receive approval will be exchanged for the same product.

Products returned for credit must show absolutely NO SIGNS OF WEAR OR DAMAGE...and will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

All shipping costs for returned products will not be refunded.
